Class Starts

There will be up to 11 races over 3 days.

The following class events form part of the Regatta:

  • Sigma 38 Nationals
  • MOCRA Nationals
  • J24 Spring Cup and World Qulifier
  • Sonata Southern Area Championships
  • Wessex Quarter Ton Championships
  • Shrimper Southern Area Championships
  • 2.4m Tidal Waters Championships
  • The Dehler Cup

In addition to the above, the following class starts are confirmed:

  • IRC1 – 1.000 and over
  • IRC2 – 0.950 to 0.999
  • IRC3 – under 0.950
  • MOCRA1 (multihulls) – 9m and over
  • MOCRA2 (multihulls) – under 9m
  • PHHS1 (Poole Harbour-rated Cruisers) – 10m and over
  • PHHS2 (Poole Harbour-rated Cruisers) – under 10m

Depending on classes, there will be up to four races back to back on Saturday and Sunday, and up to three races back to back on Monday, followed by the Prizegiving at the Royal Motor Yacht Club at approximately 16.00 hrs (see also Sailing Programme).
